1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Beadbox ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

Beadbox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on your personal computers. The Software includes a free trial period, after which a paid license may be required for continued use.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Software to build a competing product

4. Your data

Beadbox operates on data stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your data. We do not access, collect, or store your project data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your local files.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Beadbox or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Software.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business. Upon termination, your license to use the Software is revoked.

8. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
